1. All our services registration fees are non-refundable & non Adjustable in any other services.
2. All our services comes with validity of 6 month.
3. If there will be pandemic and lockdown, we will extend all services validity for 3 months for FREE of cost.
4. If customer/candidates is not happy with any services he/she got it, we will provide same service again for FREE of cost but it will be totally depend upon the approval by management of Filmara.

6. Customer can avail the service within the validity period or else it will be expired without any notice/ message from Filmara.
7. Validity of the service will start from the day candidate/ customer register for the services.
8. Customer/ Participants consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from their breach/non performance of these terms and conditions
9. The laws of India govern the Program. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
10. The Program will continue to be governed by the terms and condition of the website.
11. Candidate not obeying seniors, using of bad languages with senior personnel
of the company, hampering company’s dignity etc. Company have full right
to cancel the profile there and then without giving any reason.
12. You shall at no cost publish any article or statement, any lecture or make any
communication to the press that concerns the company without prior
permission in written.
13. You shall require respecting the privacy of FILMARA FASHION STUDIO
documents, commercial offer, design documents, project cost & estimation,
technology, software packages license, company’s polices and human assets
profile of the company,
14. You shall require abiding by company’s rules and regulations which are
subjected to amendment from time to time.15. You shall not disclose, divulge or make public any of the company’s technical
or other important information, post contents on social websites, use
information of company, place, not even the idea of company disclosed to
you during training and meetings of company, failing which your profile will
be cancel without notice plus imposition of fines as per roles and regulation
of FILMAR FASHION STUDIO.
16. You shall not take any data of the company in shoot location, your personal
pen drive hard disk, email, mobile phone, any other kind of storage devices,
social media accounts etc. If company found any of these hen your profile
will be cancel without notice plus imposition of fines as per rules and
regulations of FILMARA.
17. Candidate not share personal number personal information with any male
and female candidate without information, if candidate found then company
take a legal action in candidate and cancel profile without any information.
18. The candidate will be given work within the industry line on the basis of his
talent, if he does not get work in the future he does not have talent, there
will be no responsibility of the company.
19. The traveling will have to be done by the candidate form hi/her own side and
the food will also have to be done from his/her own side.
20. Candidate photos provide after shoot 3 month after editing.
Note01- Below 12 year old people not allow in shoot location. And you don't pay any other amount or any other service charge in shoot location.
Note02- If you not coming this Event, We're not planning event in 2Month.
Note03- NOTE- If the candidate does not provide shoot service before payment validity expires, refund will be issued to the client after payment validity expired.
