Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Banner and Certificate)
1 Banner and Certificate or registration fee is 100% Refundable before Receiving banner and Certificate
or before Completing registration.
2 If a candidate not get a banner and Certificate or not done registration then payment is not
Refundable.
3 if a candidate gets a banner and certificate by the filmara team but registration is not done so
payment is not refundable. If a candidate done registration but not receiving banner and certificate
so also payment not refunded.
4 All our services come with a validity of 6 months.
5 If our studio does not provide services under 6 months then candidates apply to refund.
6 Refund will be issue under 7 days after fill refund form ( Note- candidate apply refund form if our
studio not provide any service under 6 month)
7 Validity of the service will start from the day candidate/ customer register for the services.
8 If there will be pandemic and lockdown, we will extend all services validity for 3 months for FREE
of cost.
9 If a customer/candidate is not happy with any services he/she got, we will provide the same
service again for FREE of cost but it will totally depend upon the approval by management of
Filmara.
10 If candidate pay for portfolio shoot and candidate not get service for portfolio shoot so candidate
apply to refund and candidate get refund amount for portfolio shoot under min 95 days or max 120
days after fill refund form and after done verification by Filmara Fashion Studio refund department.
11 If the candidate done portfolio shoot in Filmara Fashion Studio so payment was not refundable.
12 If a candidate pays another amount in Filmara Fashion Studio like brand shoot or any entry fee or
costume security fees for brand shoot if candidate don’t get service then candidate apply to
refund. Candidates get refund under min 120 day max 180 days after fill form and after verification
done by filmara fashion studio refund department.

14 After filling the refund form our team did not provide any service or shoot, only provided a refund
mentioned time period.
2.Cancellation & Refund Policy (Portfolio Shoot)
1.Refund
If candidate pay for portfolio shoot and candidate not get service for portfolio shoot so
candidate apply to refund and candidate get refund amount for portfolio shoot under min 95
days or max 120 days after fill refund form and after done verification by Filmara Fashion
Studio refund department.
2.Booking and Payment
●
To confirm a photo shoot, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The
remaining balance must be paid on the before shoot or same day shoot.
●
If the client cancels the shoot, the advance payment is non-refundable.
3.Shoot Schedule
●
The time and location of the shoot will be mutually agreed upon in advance. Clients are expected
to arrive on time. A waiting fee (e.g., Rs. 500 per hour) may apply for delays caused by the client.
●
In case of rescheduling due to weather or emergencies, both parties will decide a new date and
time.
4.Deliverables
●
The number of edited photos and delivery timeline will be specified in advance (e.g., 20 edited
photos within 25 days). Additional edits or expedited delivery will incur extra charges.
●
Raw (unedited) photos will be provided under 30 days.
5.Usage Rights
●
Clients may use the photos for personal purposes. For commercial use (e.g., advertisements,
promotions), prior written permission from the photographer is required.
●
The photographer reserves the right to use the photos for portfolio, social media, or promotional
purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
6. Behavior and Safety
●
Clients and their accompanying persons must behave respectfully during the shoot. Any
misbehavior may result in the shoot being terminated, with no refund provided.●
Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during the shoot.
7. No-Show or Late Cancellation
●
If the client fails to show up for the shoot or cancels at the last minute (less than 48 hours’ notice),
the full payment will still be due.
Privacy Policy for Clients
1. Data Collection

We collect personal information such as the client’s name, contact number, email, and
address solely for booking and communication purposes.
○
This information will not be shared with any third party without consent.
2. Photos and Videos
○
All photos and videos taken during the shoot will be stored securely and shared only with
the client. If the photographer wishes to use them for portfolio or promotional purposes,
prior permission will be sought from the client.
3. Payment Information
○
Payment details (e.g., bank or online transaction records) will be collected for processing
purposes only and kept confidential. They will not be used for any other purpose.
4. Client Privacy
○
If a client does not wish for their photos or personal details to be shared or displayed, they
must inform the photographer in advance, and their privacy will be respected.
5. Data Security
○
The photographer will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of client data and media.
However, the photographer is not liable for data loss or breaches due to unforeseen
technical issues (e.g., hacking)..
Terms and Conditions for Photo Shoot and Brand Costume Security fee
1. Booking and Payment
○
To confirm a photo shoot, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The
remaining balance must be paid on the day of the shoot or before the final delivery of
photos.
○
A separate refundable security fee (e.g., Rs. 1,000 or as agreed) will be charged in advance
for the use of costumes provided by the photographer.
2. Costume Usage and Security Fee
○
Costumes are provided for use during the shoot only. Clients must handle them with care
and return them in the same condition as received.
○
The security fee will be fully refunded after the shoot if the costume is returned undamaged
(e.g., no tears, stains, or missing parts).
○
If the costume is damaged, lost, or not returned, the cost of repair or replacement will be
deducted from the security fee. If the damage exceeds the security fee, the client will be
responsible for paying the additional amount.
