REGISTRATION, MODEL STARTUP GUIDE BOOK, BANNER & CERTIFICATE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Registration Purpose
Registration is mandatory to receive the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate.
Registration does not guarantee any job, assignment, placement, or career opportunity.
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The registration fee, including payment made for the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate, is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Registration Fee Against Deliverables
The registration fee paid by the client is solely for the delivery of the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate.
This fee does not include any additional services such as shoots, events, portfolios, or brand assignments.
- Validity Period – 3 Months Only
The registration and payment for the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate are valid for three (3) months only from the date of registration/payment.
After 3 months, the registration and payment will automatically expire and become null and void.
- No Service After Expiry
Once the registration/payment expires, the company will not provide any service, support, update, re-issue, replacement, or benefit.
Clarification
Future opportunities, brand shoots, and paid assignments depend entirely on profile quality, project demand, and selection criteria of the concerned brand or company.
- No Carry Forward, Transfer, or Adjustment
Expired registration or payment cannot be carried forward, transferred, adjusted, or reused under any circumstances.
- Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to complete registration correctly and to receive and use the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate within the validity period.
Claims raised after expiry will not be entertained.
- Banner & Certificate Usage Rights
The Banner and Certificate are issued for personal promotional and participation purposes only.
Commercial resale, misuse, modification, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content related to the Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, Certificate, and Registration Materials remains the intellectual property of the company.
Copying, reproducing, reselling, or distributing any part without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Company Rights Reserved
The company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Important Disclaimer
Registration and the provided materials (Model Startup Guide Book, Banner, and Certificate) are informational and participation-based only.
The company does not promise or guarantee any career outcome, income, selection, fame, or future opportunity.
PORTFOLIO SHOOT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Purpose of Portfolio
The portfolio shoot is conducted solely to create professional portfolio photographs for the client.
2. Portfolio Payment – Non-Refundable
The portfolio shoot payment is strictly non-refundable once the shoot is scheduled or any service is initiated, except where specifically mentioned in this agreement.
3. Portfolio Validity – 4 Months
The portfolio payment is valid for four (4) months only from the date of payment.
4. Refund Policy (If Shoot Not Provided by Studio)
If the studio is unable to provide the portfolio shoot within 4 months, the studio agrees to refund the portfolio shoot payment.
- Refund will be processed within 95 to 120 working days
- Refund will be made via the original mode of payment
5. Client No-Show Policy
If the client fails to appear on the scheduled shoot date and time without prior written approval for rescheduling:
- The portfolio payment will not be refunded
- The studio will not be responsible for any loss caused due to client non-attendance
6. Re-Shoot Policy After No-Show
In case of client no-show:
- Re-scheduling the shoot within 2–3 months is not guaranteed
- Any re-shoot will solely depend on studio availability and management approval
- The studio reserves the full right to approve or reject re-shoot requests
7. Late Arrival Policy
- The client must report on time as per the scheduled shoot slot
- If the client arrives late, a late fine of ₹1,000 will be applicable
- Late arrival may lead to reduced shoot time or cancellation
- In case of cancellation due to late arrival, no refund will be provided
8. Costume Policy
- The client must bring 2–3 outfits/costumes for the portfolio shoot
- If costumes are required from the studio, additional charges will apply
- Costume charges are separate and non-refundable
9. Portfolio Photo Delivery Timeline
- Edited portfolio photographs will be delivered within 30 to 45 working days after the shoot
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to editing workload or technical reasons
10. Forwarding of Portfolio
After completion, the studio may forward the client’s portfolio to brands, agencies, or projects for consideration.
- Forwarding does not guarantee selection
- Selection depends on profile suitability, project requirements, and brand/company decision
11. Future Brand Shoots & Paid Assignments
- If the client is selected, brand shoots or paid assignments may be offered based on the client’s profile
- The client must follow the internal selection and approval process of the concerned brand or company
12. No Mandatory Additional Payment
Apart from the portfolio shoot payment:
- No mandatory payment is required for profile forwarding
- Optional services for profile enhancement may be offered in the future
- Any additional payment will be informed clearly in advance and taken only with client consent
13. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Being punctual
- Bringing required outfits and accessories
- Cooperating during the shoot
Any delay or issue caused by the client may affect shoot timelines and deliverables.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All photographs, raw files, and edited images remain the intellectual property of the studio.
Usage rights are granted for personal portfolio and self-promotion only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Company Rights Reserved
The studio reserves the right to modify shoot schedules, timelines, locations, or processes due to operational or unavoidable circumstances.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.
Terms & Condition For Cloth
1. Product Information:
All product details including size, color, and design are clearly mentioned. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
2. Order & Payment:
- Orders are accepted through prepaid methods or COD (Cash on Delivery), where applicable.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment.
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Delivery & Shipping:
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
4. Return & Exchange Policy:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.
5. Pricing & Offers:
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts and offers are at the sole discretion of the company.
6. Branding & Copyright:
Filmara’s name, logo, and designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
